With the new year in full swing, workouts and gym time happening all around the world, sore bodies, require pamper time!!! This DIY Bath time routine is the perfect remedy to help you unwind, relax and soak that sore body of yours!

Here’s what I used to create this bath:
- 3 handful of Argan Oil Epsom Salt
- 1 Tablespoon of Lavendar Castille Soap
- 3 Drops of Frankincense Oil
- 3 Drops of Lavender Oil
- 2 Lemons Sliced (Will be used for bath and lemon water)
- 1 Bouquet of Blue Hydrangeas
- 1 Bath Towel
- 3 Tea Lights
- 1 Body Massager
- 1 small mason jar of cotton scented body wash (or soap of choice)
- 1 Small mason jar of juniper scented body scrub (or scrub of choice)
- 1 Loofah sponge
