Vanilla Chai Inspired Spa Bath

Your love for Vanilla Chai Tea, Lattes and Shakes is about to grow! What happens when you mix this fall favorite with an oldtime beauty routine? Welp, I’m here to answer that for you!

This bath is reminiscent of the oh so delicious drink along with warm H2O and much need relaxation.  FYI, I hate measuring, so feel free to gauge the ingredients based on what works best for you. I will list out all the must haves to bring fall into your home oasis. Here’s what you’ll need:

Refreshments for Tub Time:

  • Chai Tea Bags of your Choice
    • Steep the tea in hot boiling water, then add in the following items to complete this tea:
      • Almond Milk
      • Cinnamon
      • Vanilla Extract
      • Cinnamon Sticks
  • Pour up a glass of ice water to remain hydrated during your bath

 

Bath Ingredients: 

  • Thoroughly clean your tub before use (I prefer lemon and baking soda since they don’t leave behind harsh smells)
  • Fill water up to about 3/4 of the tub ( be sure the water is warm to open up your bath ingredients, however feel free to make it as hot as you prefer)
  • Add Rosemary Oil ( 5-6 drops preferred)
  • Add and light candles (fall scent preferred) Be sure to place them in a safe spot. Omit this step if there is not a safe place near your tub
  • Add a vanilla bath bomb
  • Sprinkle ground cinnamon and be generous!
  • Add almond milk
  • Add in your favorite fresh fall flowers ( I chose sunflowers and rose petals)
  • Roll up a towel for your neck or use a bath pillow
  • Add a bath caddy to hold use relaxation essentials
  • Place your tea, water, and book or electronic device of choice on your bath caddy for tub time fun!
